Terms and Conditions 365cucivip – Platform Usage Guide

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 365cucivip website accessible at https://365cucivip.vu and all associated official mobile applications.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers and uses the services of 365cucivip.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player on the 365cucivip platform.
• "Funds" refers to actual cash held in a player's account, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free cash, free spins, or any other incentive granted by 365cucivip to players.
• "Wagering Requirements" (Wagering Requirement) refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus can be converted into real cash.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Game Rules

• The player provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple account ownership detected.
• Account inactive for the defined period (12 consecutive months with no activity).

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining real cash balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the required conditions) will be returned via the registered payment method.

10 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 365cucivip shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence or carelessness.

The maximum total liability of 365cucivip to any player under any circumstances is limited to the player's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming
